It is made of stainless steel spiral wires and then connected by rods and chains. Chain wire mesh belt is a conveyor belt driven by a chain, usually using a chain to drive a small shaft, and then using the small shaft to drive the belt. The belt is composed of curled wire and two belt rods on the left and right, also known as a large rod and a small rod. Insert the small shaft into the large belt rod, and the other end of the small shaft into the hole of the chain, so that the belt can be driven by the chain. The chain wire mesh belt runs smoothly and has low transmission torque.
Spiral mesh conveyor belt materials include: stainless steel 201, 304, 316, 316L, 314, galvanized steel, carbon steel, customers can choose according to different application fields.
Standard chain pitch: 25.4mm, 31.75mm, 38.1mm, 50.8mm, other sizes can be customized according to customer special requirements.
The minimum diameter of the spiral mesh conveyor belt is 1.5mm (the cross line should be equal to or greater than the size of the spiral line). For the width of the conveyor belt, we can make it according to the customer's requirements. There are many types of chains, and there are two ways to process the chain: welding the edges, and the other way is to install a split pin. Through this method, customers can easily replace the rod.
